BERNARD SMITH, EXECUTIVE CHEF

Chef Bernard Smith graduated from Johnson and Wales University in 1995 with a degree in Culinary Arts. He has worked in the kitchens of various hotels, restaurants and venues worldwide. Directly out of college, Smith took a job with Wyndham International Hotels and Resorts and rose through the ranks from Sous Chef to Executive Chef while working in Dallas, Chicago, Aruba and Baltimore over a ten year period.
